Why Become a Granmache Proud Owner

Fast Growing Haitian Startup

Joining Granmache as a co-owners offers the chance to be part of a rapidly growing Haitian startup from its inception, with significant potential for impact. Granmache is developing a transparent, scalable online marketplace that connects vendors and customers in a niche with no direct competition, providing early leaders with a unique first-mover advantage. With operations and planned expansions across three countries, the platform is strategically positioned to serve diverse markets while upholding a transparent business model that fosters trust among vendors, affiliates, and customers. As a co-owner, you would play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s trajectory, leveraging its early momentum to drive exponential growth and transform digital local marketplaces, empowering both entrepreneurs and communities.

No Competitors in the market

Because Granmache currently operates in a space with no direct competitors, it benefits from a powerful first-mover advantage. This means the platform can establish its brand, vendor network, and customer base before other companies attempt to enter the market. Without immediate competition, Granmache has the flexibility to set industry standards, refine its business model, and build strong loyalty among vendors and buyers. It also allows the company to grow strategically across multiple markets while strengthening its infrastructure and reputation. This unique position creates significant opportunities for faster adoption, stronger partnerships, and long-term dominance in the marketplace it is pioneering. 🚀

Right to vote on important decisions

By allowing co-owners to vote on important decisions, Granmache ensures that the company is guided by collective leadership rather than a single perspective. Voting gives each co-owner a voice in major matters such as strategy, expansion, partnerships, and financial decisions, which helps create fairness, accountability, and stronger commitment from the leadership team. When co-Co-Owners participate in key decisions, it builds trust, encourages diverse ideas, and leads to more balanced choices that support the long-term success and stability of the company. 🤝🚀

Multiple Country launch

Launching Granmache in three strategic markets — Florida (United States), the Dominican Republic, and Haiti — creates a unique advantage for co-owners by positioning the company in a cross-border ecosystem with strong economic and cultural connections. Florida provides access to a large consumer market, strong purchasing power, and a vibrant Caribbean diaspora, while the Dominican Republic and Haiti offer rapidly growing digital commerce opportunities with many underserved vendors and customers. By operating in these three markets simultaneously, Granmache can facilitate regional trade, expand its vendor base faster, and diversify revenue streams. For a co-owner, this multi-country presence increases scalability, reduces reliance on a single market, and creates the potential to build a powerful international marketplace brand from the very beginning. 🌎🚀

How is Profit Distributed To Owners?

Depending on your level as an owner (Level 1 to Level 3), the higher your level, the larger your portion will be. Therefore, Level 1 owners share the 25% portion, Level 2 owners share the 35%, and so on.

To keep everything simple, we use this simple formula to calculate the portions:
