Overview
The Customer Service Agent at Granmache is responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers and vendors across the marketplace. This role serves as the first point of contact for inquiries, order issues, account assistance, and general support needs. The agent ensures timely responses, accurate information, and effective problem resolution while maintaining a positive and professional experience.
Working remotely with a fixed schedule, the Customer Service Agent plays a key role in building trust, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the growth of Granmache’s multi-vendor platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and committed to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Respond to customer and vendor inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with order tracking, account questions, refunds, and general marketplace support
– Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
– Provide accurate information about products, vendor policies, and delivery timelines
– Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary
– Document all interactions clearly in the company’s CRM or support system
– Follow Granmache’s service standards, policies, and communication guidelines
– Monitor order statuses and proactively address potential service issues
– Support vendors with platform navigation and basic operational questions
– Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
– Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
– Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to work legally in the country you’re in
* Must be friendly with customers, employees and vendors
* Must have a cellphone with service
* Must be able to speak English or Creole (Spanish is a plus)
* Must have a zoom account
* Must be able to receive payroll electronically
