Terms and Conditions

Company: Granmache (“Granmache,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Granmache Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering or participating as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Program Overview

The Granmache Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn a commission for referring new vendors who purchase a Granmache vendor subscription through the affiliate’s unique referral link.

Affiliates earn a flat commission of $10 (USD) for each verified vendor subscription purchase made through their referral link.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

2.1 Applicants must provide accurate and complete registration information.
2.2 Granmache reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2.3 Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
2.4 Granmache may terminate participation at any time if eligibility requirements are no longer met.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Affiliates will earn $10 per verified vendor subscription purchase.
3.2 A commission is considered “verified” once:

• The vendor subscription payment has been successfully processed; and

• The transaction is not fraudulent, refunded, or charged back.

3.3 No commission will be paid for:

• Self-referrals

• Duplicate accounts

• Fraudulent transactions

• Cancelled or refunded subscriptions

• Chargebacks

3.4 Granmache reserves the right to reverse commissions in cases of refunds, disputes, fraud, or policy violations.

4. Payout Terms

4.1 Payout Schedule: Affiliate commissions are processed every Friday at 8:00 PM (local company time).
4.2 Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates must accumulate at least $10 in approved commissions before payout.
4.3 Payment Method: Payments will be made through an approved payment method designated by Granmache.
4.4 Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
4.5 Granmache is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

5.1 Use only their official referral link provided by Granmache.
5.2 Promote Granmache in a truthful and ethical manner.
5.3 Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
5.4 Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.
5.5 Avoid misleading claims about Granmache’s services or earnings potential.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

6.1 Self-referrals or referring businesses you own or control.
6.2 Creating fake vendor accounts to generate commissions.
6.3 Spamming via email, social media, or messaging platforms.
6.4 Running paid advertisements using Granmache’s brand name without written permission.
6.5 Impersonating Granmache or representing yourself as an employee.
6.6 Using deceptive marketing tactics.
6.7 Posting false reviews or testimonials.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Granmache grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved promotional materials solely for participation in the Program.
7.2 Affiliates may not modify logos, branding, or marketing materials without written consent.
7.3 All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Granmache.

8. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the Affiliate and Granmache.

Affiliates act as independent contractors and have no authority to bind Granmache in any manner.

9. Termination

9.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause.
9.2 Upon termination:

• All unpaid commissions under the minimum threshold will be forfeited.

• Any commissions under review may be withheld pending investigation.

9.3 Granmache reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately for fraud or policy violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Granmache shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Affiliate Program.

Participation is at the Affiliate’s own risk.

11. Modification of Terms

Granmache reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official Granmache website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Affiliate and Granmache regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
